Design Hotel Cà Pisani

The moment guests enter the Ca’ Pisani they can appreciate the Serandrei family’s great love for Italian Futurism: dark wood, light marble and linear forms lend the typical Venetian palazzo a highly distinctive character. This Venetian retreat can be considered a small Gesamtkunstwerk, a contemporary twist on Italy’s spirited avant-garde movement of the 1930s. The design language employs the basic geometrical structures found in Futurism and art deco, lending the hotel ambience an airy, masculine and relaxed feel. The entire hotel features original furniture and art deco closets, which the Serandreis has lovingly collected at antique markets and auctions.
